Nitash Cogeneration Pvt. Ltd to set up 67.7 MW Cogeneration Power Plant at Dharikheda in Narmada district of Gujarat. The land requirement is 35 acres. Water requirement is 455 m3/day, which will be obtained from canal water. Biomass (bagasse and cotton stalk) will be used as fuel. Air cooled condensers will be installed.

Nitash Co-generation to set up 67.7 MW Biomass based Cogeneration Power Plant at Dharikheda in Narmada district of Gujarat. The proposed plant will be located within the premises of Narmada Sugar Mills area. No additional land will be acquired for this project. However, 35 acres will be required for this project, which includes 10 acres for plant facilities, 15 acres for storage of raw materials, 10 acres for greenbelt. Water requirement will be 408 m3/day and will be sourced from Karjan canal and Bagasse and cotton stalk to be used as fuel.
