Karnataka State Bio-Diesel Task Force sets up bio diesel park in Bijapur

Karnataka State Bio-Diesel Task Force has set up a bio diesel park at the Karnataka State Women University Campus in Bijapur. It will plant saplings at 30 acres of barren land and the state has provided a grant of Rs.1 million. The park will also serve as information and bio diesel production centre and an incubator to help farmers as well as for research activities in the future. The task force has plans to launch  3 more parks at various parts of the state.
