The site is reported to be located in notified industrial area. The land requirement is 6.2 ha (62,230 sq.m.). Biomass i.e. cotton and mustard stalk will be the main fuel and coal / lignite (upto 15%) will be the supportive fuel. Water cooled condensers to be provided. Water requirement is estimated as 1016 kld, which will be obtained from Ratanpura Distributary.
