Kay Power & Pulp Ltd had set up a 6 MW biomass based cogeneration project at village Boregaon in Satara district of Maharashtra. The project involves setting up of 36 TPH high pressure boilers and a 6 MW condensing cum extraction turbine generation set. The project had been commissioned in January 2007.
