Cetex Energy Generation Co. Pvt. Ltd to set up 12 MW biomass power project at Manali in Chennai. The proposal is for setting up of 12 MW biomass based Thermal Power Plant at Manali, a notified industrial area in Tamil Nadu. The project will be located within the premises of M/s Cetex Petro Chemicals Ltd. The land requirements for the project is 10 acres. The water requirement is estimated as 1,700 m3 and will be met by use of treated city sewage
